Profile

Susumu Takeuchi received his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Osaka University, Japan, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 2006 to 2009, he was an assistant professor of Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University. In 2009, he joined National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) as an expert researcher. Since he joined NTT in 2011, he researched ubiquitous and Internet of Things platform technologies. He received IPSJ Best Paper Award in 2011 and JIPSpecially Selected Paper Award in 2014. He is currently a senior　research engineer in Network Innovation Laboratories. He is a member of IEEE, IPSJ and IEICE.
