Submission of abstracts

Submission deadline: Saturday 31st August, 2013

Submit abstracts via e-mail to submissions@iragoconference.jp. The abstracts will be reviewed and decisions sent to corresponding authors by early September 2013.

 

Notice to authors

Authors will be sent an abstract identity code by e-mail as shown in this example: <IRAGO 100>

If authors do not receive a notice from us by 10 September then please contact the submission office (submissions@iragoconference.jp).

If authors have enquiries concerning abstract submission then please contact the submission office by e-mail including your abstract identity code with any messages.

 

Instructions for writing abstracts

  1. Authors are requested to submit an abstract of no longer than 250 words within one A4 page including Figure/Table and References using the template file which is in MS-Word format.

  2. A single Figure/Table and related caption should be embedded into the abstract.

  3. A collection of accepted abstracts will be distributed to participants at the conference. Camera-ready, high quality manuscript figures are requested within a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.

  4. Coloured artwork will NOT be reflected in the printed version.

  5. Send abstracts in PDF format (not in Word format) via e-mail to submissions@iragoconference.jp entitled "abst:" followed by author's family name (ex. "abst:akai"). In the body text of the e-mail, describe the following information (copy, paste and edit the following information into the body of the e-mail).
