Submission of Abstracts

Submission deadline: Wednesday 31th August, 2011 (closed)

Submit abstracts via e-mail to submissions@apirc.jp. The abstracts will be reviewed and decisions sent to corresponding authors by early September 2011.

 

Attention Notice to authors,

We have notified authors about our decision about submissions via e-mail. If any authors have not received a notice from us then please contanct the submission office (submission@apirc.jp) as soon as possible. Include your classification classification number, like <APRIC 100>, with any messages.

 

Instructions for writing abstracts

  1. Authors are requested to submit an abstract of no longer than 300 words using the template file in MS-Word format.
  2. A single figure/table and related caption should be embedded into the abstract. All coloured artwork will be reflected in the printed version.
  3. Accepted abstract will as a collection of abstracts, which will be distributed to participants at the conference site. Camera-ready, high quality manuscript figures are requested within a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
  4. Send abstracts via e-mail to submissions@apirc.jp entitled "abst:" followed by author's family name (ex. "abst:akai").
  5. Please do not hesitate to contact the APIRC secretariat by e-mail (secretariat@apirc.jp) with any questions about the conference.
